Fabric creation starts with the yarn - at AXIS, we have partnered with a fabric mill to create our own yarn. Meaning, we have developed fabric that others do not have access to. We use the best bamboo yarn available and refined our fabric to be optimal based on our understanding of what the market wants.
Weaving
Weaving is both an art and a science.
At AXIS, we explored a variety of weaving techniques to produce different textures and finishes. Our weave type is selected to enhance the natural properties of bamboo, resulting in fabrics that are not only beautiful but also functional. Our attention to detail ensures that the shirts we produce have a unique hand feel, sufficient stretch, optimal structure, and lasting quality.
Finishing & Testing
After weaving, our fabrics undergo a range of finishing processes to perfect their texture, appearance, and performance. Every batch of fabric is rigorously tested for quality, including checks for consistency, strength, and colorfastness.
